I am interested in asses biological activity of purified reelin in cultures, so I have decided to analyze phosphorylation of Dab1 by immunoprecipitation and WB against p-Tyr residues, as other authors have done. Could anyone recommend me any good antibody for immunoprecipitation of Dab1? Thank you so much
