NURR1: Nuclear Receptor Related protein 1; MW = 67 kDa
Hi Folks,
I have been trying to detect overexpressed NURR1 in cell lysates but nothing has worked out yet. Following are the antibodies which were already tried:
1) ab12261; 1:1000; > bands were not clear
2) sc-991; 1:1000; > bands were not clear
3) ab41917; 1:1000; > two bands were visible between 72 kDa and 55 kDa marker, but were also visible in the negative control.
> PVDF membrane was used to blot
Therefore, I'm looking forward to your suggestions in order to find the most effective Ab against rat NURR1.

No specific recommenations, but we do list a few other suppliers of anti-NURR1 that are supposedly reactive with rat in WB:

Here, scientists can share information about good or bad commercial antibodies and you have spent a lot of time testing different antibodies. I hope you will review these antibodies so others scientists can use your experience when they have to pick a reliable antibody!
