we are working on metal sorption by biomass and our data is obeying both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm in terms of R2 value between 0.8-0.9, then which adsorption constt is (Q0 or Kf )will better describe sorption capacity of biomass and what type of interaction it will follow

In the case when both isotherms are fitting well on the basis of R2 values then you have to compare the values (Q and Kf) obtained from the isotherms with experimental adsorption capacity, the close values of Q give the best fit of the model. There is the possibility that both isotherms can fit for the same process so it can be concluded that both isotherms are justifying the process.
