RG gives opporchunity in various ways to interact with expertise.

Virendra - RG's use is in 'connecting' scholars. I promote my research and I can see from the stats that many people access my work. I have had quite a few research opportunities, publishing opportunities and mentoring opportunities via RG - to the extent that I have to evaluate according to their 'quality'.

RG is a good platform for research or increasing the research score.

Goli , RG is a good platform to develop our reseach activity. It depend ,how best one can use this. Regarding specific areas , question / answer / SMS/ E-mail and many more services have been provided.

I have two main reasons for being active on ResearchGate.

One is that I promote my own work, which results in more citations. In addition, my RG score is impressive because it has reached a level that is above most other ResearchGate members.

But the other reason is that I truly believe that senior faculty have an obligation to mentor and support less experienced researchers and writers. I am happy to give advice or perspective to others, based on my expertise.

Yes, RG is useful for research scholars in many ways;

1) Scholars can ask any specific research-oriented question and can get expert opinion working on that particular area.

2) Scholars can participate and/or can take advantages of some useful and relevant discussion related to their working areas.

3) Scholars can share/ask for related data/codes of their requirement.

4) Scholars can get a suitable response to the comments by reviewers on their manuscript.

5) Scholars can share preprints before getting published online.

6) Very exciting RG score. Only RG give you a score for your research works and related activities. Just enjoy being active at RG.

Absolutely correct. ResearchGate provide the avenues and platforms for scholars/researchers to interact and network. It markets researchers and gives their work a global colouration.

It gives solution to problems if any researcher need it.

Yes RG is very useful for scientists because it is a tool for communication between scientists and also through RJ we can with the decipher the latest research of other scientists in the same specialty
