Whether CpG DNA level increase during bacterial infections?

I'm looking for some publication that could clearly answer the question in the title ( I need it for my discussion). All publications that I found give me information only about the activation of the immune system by CpG DNA, but none about the level of CpG DNA during bacterial infection. Could anyone recommend something?
