Writing was very important to all human civilizations as it recorded down the history of people over thousands of years. Do you have any ideas about the name of that language?

As I read in a book, the first writing system was invented by Phoenicians who lived in the Middle East! -- I don't remember what the date was. In this system, people wrote from right to left, as what we have, today, in Arabic and Farsi. But as left was associated with "bad" and right with "good", the Greek changed the direction and started to write from left to right.

There is a strong opinion that the first script of writing was introduced in its early forms by the Sumerians in the southern part of Iraq. They wrote on reed mats and tablets of clay. The first version of writing was called cuneiform. Writing did not adopt letters at the beginning but it took the form of pictures ( picture writing).
