I suggest to get in touch with colleagues creating paleomaps (e.g. Chris Scotese, Ron Blakey). They surely should have data available or can point you in the right direction.

What I ended up doing was importing the Scotese and Wright (2018) PaleoDEM Resource dataset (https://www.earthbyte.org/category/resources/data-models/paleogeography/) into GPlates and using GPlates to (manually) track the shorelines of each land area as a polygon and (automatically) estimate their respective areas. I am sure there are other ways but this is sufficient for my purpose, the relative land area of each continent relative to each other.

if you want super high resolution reconstructions of depositional environments and tectonics for the Tethyan domain, I suggest you look at the paleo maps from the Darius (Northern Tethys; Barrier et al), MEBE (Arabian Plate; Barrier et al) and Peri-Tethys (Western Tethys; Dercourt et al) programs. Each of these programs provides a Late Maastrichtian map.
