What are you looking for exactly? Formulas giving the displacement and constraints for such cases?

If you stay in elastic behavior for the truss, it is not a difficult task to make your own code that can give you the results you want.

If Hooke's law is valid, then use e.g. the matrix stiffness method as a reference solution for truss systems, it is easy to understand and to implement, all your truss structures can be validated like this, have a read:

The neat thing is that you can get (1) the deformations as well , which are hard to obtain otherwise in a complex truss system (2) as long as the numbers are not irrational, the solution is the same as the analytical solution - not considering numerical constraints of the CPU or datatypes

Of course, you can find plenty of examples of the implementation and probably of the source code of the stiffness matrix method online if you want to give it a try

The matrix stiffness method method is a good idea, geometric method is more complex. I want to avoid the finite element method, because I used the Ansys software for the simulation.
