For my master thesis I have to spectrally match various luminophores in a Luminescent Solar Concentrator (LSC) with different type of solar cells. For the solar cells I need the EQE/Spectral response and the corresponding JV curve, because the radiation the solar cell would receive is not the 1000W/m2 of the AM1.5 spectrum. For this I would like to use a database which has the type of solar cell included (like Si, CIGS, Perovskite, OSC etc.), as well as the donor&acceptor material, the EQE and the JV curve.
I already found some databases, but the EQE is never included. Do you know any database that does include the EQE?

Then the solution is to search for specific solar cell, or
You can find the performance of the best cells in every technology such as single crystal silicon, H:amorphous Si. Semi crystalline polycrystalline solar cells, GaAs solar cells, CdTe , etc...published by NREL of USA.
You cam also fine the review papers for a specific type of solar cells for example organic and perovskite solar cells.
The last comment is that instead of giving the I-V curve one can give the model parameters of the sola cells.
