Guys:

I am writing the method chapter of my Qualitative research study for my doctorate thesis and I came across two questions:

1. I have quite a bit of details on participant profiles - Like  demographic, industry, background, profession, etc. These are several tables, not just one. Where should I put such detail? In the method chapter itself or in the beginning fo the finding chapter?

2. To ascertain the validity and transferability of my findings, I conducted certain set of interviews, coded those , analyzed and compared to the extend the findings replicated in that sample. Where do I cover the "findings of validation exercise" to strengthen the study? I have covered the 'methods and techniques' I used to validate the findings, but I think providing the outcome of this exercise (like comparative tables etc.) in method chapter is too early in the thesis. Where do you suggest I put this info on final outcome?

Please advise if you have experience.
