If you're from Germany the easiest source is DSMZ I think, you have there a lot of species and information about their safety level :)

The Culture Collection at the University of Gothenburg (CCUG) has bacteria and yeasts. They will send you samples for a small fee.  

Sigma-Aldrich has Certified Reference Microorganisms collection, I would think they sell it in Germany too.

My previous lab in Dublin always bought culture from DSMZ (German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures), you can try to get from them as they are well-established culture collection just like ATCC.
