Dear Subhash sir, you can get Air Quality Data from Central Pollution Control Board or State Pollution Control Board and also find from the website of CPCB easily.

You may get it from Ministry of Environment in your cities or from consultancy firms that perform research on Environmental media

One can get Air quality data in India from Central Pollution Control Board, in Delhi one can also get this from Delhi Pollution Control Board.

but here you may not get the desired data , because here data of only few cities are available and again there are many discontinuities in data.
