IRCAD Strasbourg, France is a center where you can acquire new techniques with hands-on practice on pigs. However, training is relatively expensive. This year, the session for advanced endoscopy training (ESD, EMR, POEM,...) will be held on December 14 and 15. Registration fees are 1900€ for the course only, or 2300€ including accommodation for 2 day!

I don't know what quality of teaching will be delivered, since I'll be attending for the first time this year.

there are ERCP training courses In Germany  with a new generation of simulators (www.frimberger.net) in Hamburg (Endo Club Academy, Olympus).
