You might need to write your articles in a different way that suits the aims of your preferred journals, perhaps by making them more appealing to a broader audience. Most journals do give serious consideration to all papers that are submitted, so you just have to make them stand out and have good methodology, analysis and conclusions, and be a novel topic, which they are :)
