I want to use graph pad prism software for the preparation of the graphs but I'm unable to do the same due to limitation of my knowledge to access the software. It will be very helpful for me if someone guides me, from where I'll be able to learn the use of the software.
I have found prism to be one of the easiest to use statistics packages, especially for creation of graphs. Once you plug the data in, you can essentially create any graph you want and adjust the colors accordingly. If you have used Excel for graphs, it's relatively similar, but with a more robust set of tools to indicate statistical significance and adjust colors/graph types. The software is available to students for 1 year for $100. Well worth it in my opinion.

Ultimately, you would need to license the software and install it on your computer. Both Mac and Windows versions are available. Many universities have site licenses that give students and faculty free access to the software.
