is with the CPCB. I am looking for global data as TB is highly prevalent in some of the African countries.

Even state pollution control Boards do have it for the respective states.

- For global TB data at national level, use the Global Burden of Disease study visualisations. See http://vizhub.healthdata.org/gbd-compare/, click on the map, choose 'tuberculosis' from the 'cause' dropdown, then select mortality, DALYs, YLDs and other variables as you wish. Click on each country to see their TB numbers, you can download the data.

- For pollution, what about http://aqicn.org/map/world/? 

If you then know some good GIS people, geospatial approaches would be interesting to then apply.
