In order to model the crater formation (considering Inconel 825 as workpiece material) in EDM process, thermal properties such as Boiling temperature, Latent heat of melting and
Latent heat of vaporization are required. Where can I find the the values of the above mentioned properties.

The Latent heat of fusion can be calculated from the formulae
The formula for specific latent heat is:
L = Q/m
Where:
L is the specific latent heat
Q is the heat retained or discharged
m is the mass of a substance
and
amount of heat absorbed or released, Q= mass(m) x specific heat(Cp) x change in temperature(DT).
m*Cp*dt = m*L
L = Cp*dt
Cp = 440 J/kg•°C
dt = (temperature difference between ambient and melting point of solid)

Maybe you're working Inconel 825 by the EDM method, you'd better experimented single discharge test to verify your model. If you are using abaqus or ansys ,may be there are a lot examples for that.
