I need to compare the absorption spectrum of the compound I have isolated. I am suspecting that it is JA. I need a literature or a published result on the absorption spectrum of JA.

The data are: Lmax: 206 nm, loge = 3.72 [ref.1].
When you need stanndard, however, there is important to measure your sample an dthe standard one under same conditions (instrument, solvent, operator, and s.o.).
In this context you can purchase this substance, by Sigma-Aldrich, for example, and then to compare your data with this standard:
