Where can I find the definition of the variables of the US Census Bureau?

I'm searching for the definition of some economic variables of the US Census Bureau.

The US Census Bureau website has excellent documentation for most of it's data products. Technical documentation is available for the Economic Census as well as the American Community Survey, among others.
