I want shorelines data (lat&long) and i can't find it for all of world , for Mesh construction in sms (http://www.aquaveo.com/software/sms-surface-water-modeling-system-introduction) , i have it for persiangulf ,, for us i can download it from noaa website (http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/NSDE/) but for elsewhere i don't know !!

type USGS coastline extractor in google... u can get the data with varying resolutions..
in Gnome online oceanographic data you can easily get this data..

If you want to know only the coordinates from the shoreline one of the most accurate services should be the one provided by the municipalities to calculate the maritime public zones because that systems are use to know if the buildings built close to the shoreline are in legal zones or are illegally placed in the public domain.
The public domain is measured according to the limits of the shoreline.
