ZnCoCO3(OH)2 was synthesized from Zn(Ac)2, Co(Ac)2 and (NH2)2CO. ZnCo2S4 was synthesized from Zn(Ac)2, Co(Ac)2 and (NH2)2CS. I don't know where I can find reference XRD data of these materials.
