I need profiles upto 1 km on terrestrial land surfaces (any region is also suffice). Several measurements should be below 500 m. Is there any possibility to get such data?
You mean station data like insitu measurements such as LIDAR, LAWP etc ?. Or some satellite measurements ?. If insitu measurements, you will have to look at the high resolution radiosonde profiles which can give temperature and humidity profiles with a resolution of 1 hPa vertically. About aerosol profiles, you will get such data from Aeronaut
Thank you for the info. It is good if I can get high-resolution satellite data. If not available, I want to get other insitu station data at different locations such as rural, urban and forests.
Hourly temporal resolution of temperature and moisture with 10 hPa vertical resolution upto 500-600 m above the surface. Horizontal spatial resolution is not much important, though high-resolution is good, if available.
MODIS TERRA satellite gives temperature as well as humidity profiles in the following link

You have to chose the atmospheric profile product from the level-2 data. The temporal resolution is low, ie data is not in hourly or even daily. But You will get high resolution quality data with 5 km x 5 km approximately spatially.
The phrase "high resolution profiles" means different things to different people. If you mean high vertical resolution, search scientific databases for aerosol sondes, such as those launched by the University of Wyoming. Another source is aircraft data, try the NASA Ames database. There are also measurements made from towers, which may suit your requirements best, such as those in Kansas field studies or in Harvard Forest.
