Where can I find high-resolution temperature, moisture and aerosol profiles?

I need profiles upto 1 km on terrestrial land surfaces (any region is also suffice). Several measurements should be below 500 m. Is there any possibility to get such data?

Are there data sensible and latent heat flux data available for the central African region?

I know few sites that maintain a coarse resolution data but, I need high resolution sensible and latent heat flux during 2001-2010 in the region of the Congolese rainforest.
