Do you know a source that provides the average monthly reference evapotranspiration in your location ? Where is it available ? Do you have any table that shows average evapotranspiration in any given month in your area (state or region...)?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Hydroclimatic data can be obtained easily on the website of the National Water Agency (ANA), which provides information on rainfall, flows, temperature, evapotranspiration and other data for any part of the Brazilian territory.
This information must be requested through the Agency's official website in the "Contact us" field. You will provide your contact information and describe what kind of data you need and for which region.

The Food and Agriculture Organization's CLIMWAT 2.0 see: http://www.fao.org/land-water/databases-and-software/climwat-for-cropwat/en/ includes average monthly values for reference evapotranspiration calculated with the Penman-Monteith equation in mm/day, as well as may other climate variables for around 5,000 stations worldwide. The averages are generally based on the years 1971 - 2000.

The ANA referred me to INMET.
It provides current daily evapotranspiration rather than a monthly average.
The USGS provide daily data for past year or 7 days data
I was looking for monthly average evapotranspiration for some other areas than the Northeast.

It is depend on the your study region, almost FAO's WaPor platform could be very useful.
Majority of the agricultural research institution have their own Agro- meteorology Observatories for recording the weather parameters. You can access their websites for the weather data update. Moreover many countries have installed micro- observatories at district/bock level .
CLIMWAT database has several stations and will solve your problem. Also, it is usable for CROPWAT and developed by FAO.

Simply take meteorological data ( i.e. Tmax, T min, RH, wind speed, and solar radiation) of your region . and use CROPWAT (developed by FAO ) to estimate ET0, CROPWAT has in-built options to select the ET0 calculation equations based on the availability of meteorological data.
