if you're talking about Arabidopsis related information you can check the eFP browser for gene expression differences in respons to several biotic and abiotic stresses. This is based on publicly available and published data. Genevestigator is a web available program that allows you to go through all available microarray data gathered for Arabidopsis. The data was collected and normalized in the same way. You can look for genes that consistently respond to a certain stress parameter, or for the stresses that a specified gene responds to.
