Looks like DEM data with 10m resolution is available only for the United States in USGS, SRTM, ASTER, and other sources. Are there any other open data sources that provide 10m resolution DEM images- for India?
You may visit https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/ for SRTM DEM images. They do offer images from different sensors.

Please have a look at the Alaska Satellite Facility. You can download DEM data with 12.5 m resolution. However, the coverage is not complete.
We purchased cartosat data with similar specs. I think it's an indian satellite so would be accessable to you through any institution involved in similar research.
