The best dielectric material for PCBM field effect transistors seems to be BCB, or divinyltetramethyldisiloxane bis(benzocyclobutene). But curiously, I can't find any material company that sells BCB, except for Dow Chemicals, where BCB seems to have a trade name of CYCLOTENE.
Is this Cyclotene really BCB? And exactly which type of Cyclotene can be used in FET for spin-coating process?
