I notice in a number of publications, clinical data is presented with a target gene (RNA expression) of interest. In these studies, the data originates from publically available datasets, of which I have trouble sourcing online.
I am interested in identifying clinical associations with a number of proteins in a cohort of patients with breast cancer (or other solid cancers).
Has anyone ever used such datasets? And can you provide links to how I can utilise this datasets for an protein/gene of interest?
