Hello! I am looking for a self-reported competitiveness scale for adults, for a study about competitiveness and mental health in athletes.

I came across:

-The competitive attitude scale (CAS): a multidimensional measure of competitiveness in adolescence

-The behavioral measure of competitiveness (BC)

-General self-reported competitiveness (SC)

I was wondering if anyone know how can I find the actual survey questions?
