I am planning to do selenization on my semiconductor material which requires selenium in vapor form, but i am worried about its enviromental impact. Can anybody please tell me where can i dispose it ? so the impact will be minimised.
Thanks
Selenium metal vapor can simply disposed by depositing it on cold metal or glass walls.
COMMENT: IT IS STRANGE TO SPEAK OF SELENIUM GAS. Selenium is handled in solid form metal.
So, in spite of giving an answer, i find this question strange!!
Best wishes
@Abdelhalim sorry, I mean selenium in vapour form.
Thanks for the quick answer. Cold metal chamber is good idea. Thanks again.
In some materials, properties such as band gap, thermal conductivity differ along different crystallographic axes. What are the basics?
