Google Scholar metrics are currently based on their index as it was in June 2020. At time of writing, we are now in July 2021.
Does anyone know when Google Scholar metrics will be updated, so that their index will be used as it was in June 2021?
I may be wrong, but google scholar is usually very quick. I think you can add them manually.
Many thanks for your comment. You may be right ... Google Scholar released the metrics last year in early July (7 July). In 2019, it was released on 19 July. And in 2018, the release date was 2 August.
So ... here is hoping that the new metrics will be released very soon.
You are also correct re: manual calculation. I confess, however, that this option is probably less appealing if you are like me, i.e. interested in a rather large number of journals and their metrics, and in multiple discipline domains. :-)
