when we apply inorganic fertilizer (NPK) to soil and sow a crop... is there any effect of fertilzer on soil NPK status for post harvest soil sampling?
are they increase N, P and K in soil ?
if they do so, then how?

Yes of course, all of the nutrients will decrease with time because at the time of sowing we apply essential nutrients and plant utilize them for better growth and development.
