When using the Cre-lox system for site specific integration, what are the chances that my GOI inserts at a random unwanted site?

Does anyone know of a good paper that discusses possible off-target effects of the Cre-lox system? And how to screen for this in iPS cells? Would i need to do clonal selection after the recombination event? Thank you!
