I'm searching for a way to avoid epithelial regrowth after cannula insertion surgery to maintain its usability for months+. Currently I have ~10 days until it gets blocked.

Using a "dummy" inserted inside the cannula when not in use doesn't help, and manually unclogging it everyday is stressful for the mice.

Any ideas will be appreciated! Thank you.
