Good day Colleagues. I am a little bit confused here. When running Panel ARDL on Eviews do i run the analysis on their differenced forms or levels forms? For example if GDP is I(0) and other variables are I(I), when inputting my variables do I indicated d.ocr d.trade or I use their level forms? Bearing in mind that the Short run analysis is differenced.
It does not matter in ARDL whether your variable is in level form or at 1st difference. In ARDL you can analyze based different combinations. If you have taken log of your data then mention it in lngdp or if you have taken lag of your variables then mention those lags.

When running Panel ARDL on Eviews, you should run the analysis on their first difference form even if they are I(1) and I(0).
