When injecting corticosterone into the hippocampus, do you need to use corticosterone 21-acetate or HPLC corticosterone?

I am looking at injecting corticosterone and corticotropin-releasing factor into the brain. The CRF available on Bachem is an acetate salt. Would this cause issues when injecting into the brain? Additionally, there are a couple of corticosterone available on Sigma Aldrich, one is HPLC standard and the other is corticosterone 21-acetate. Would the acetate be possible to use or would you use HPLC?
