Has anyone had success using mini endoscopes in rats? I am having troubles finding papers, and wondering whether that is because people are not having success or have been sticking with mice.

aav5 works well in our lab (in mice). maybe u should have a look at the aav-camk2-chr2 literature to figure out the best serotype.

We do have an individual using mice in our lab, but we are wanting to try in rats as well. However I cannot find papers in rats, so I am hoping to find anyone who may have had any success in rats.
