Originally declared that Galileo had started in 2008.
Do we have any certain facts (informations, calculations, etc) on the basis of which we can draw a conclusion on the date of declaration of Galileo Full Operational ?.
The European GNSS system, Galileo, is scheduled to be fully operational in 2020. At the moment, Galileo consists of 8 satellites, 4 FOC and 4 IOV, and it is designed to consist of 30 satellites at its full operational capability in 2020.

The first official date was 2008.....
I think Galileo's FOC is 2020 tentatively and remains a function of EU's financial commitment to goals and set targets. Considering the number of launched satellites already, the tentative date can still be realized with the right financial flex.
