Indian farmers use insecticides and pesticides blindly and not according to guidelines causing buildup in indian tissues resulting in great loss of immunepower....may this come to zero in future....?
I think it is quite impossible to maintain a zero immunity condition in human being after pestcides and insecticides exposure. But a point to be noted that we may take appropriate precautionary measurements so that we can reduce the intensity of human damage.
What i think is in year 2050.That will be the year of immunity crisis causing cancer, diabetis, blood pressure, skin and liver kidney heart failures if we do not revert back to zero chemical pesti and insecticides. We may have premature births disabled new borns blind or dumb deaf kids..or highly mental problems kids.
No country can have a zero risk when using pesticides. As humans have different immunity systems both qualitatively and quantitatively, one should apply the principle of precaution when pesticides are used.
India is in a stage of transition from agriculture to industrial society and is riddled with many health problems as a consequence of chemical exposures of all kinds.
I agree that these will result in high rates of morbidity and mortality.
However, if we consider the adaptability of human immune system since ancient times - it has been exposed to a wide multitude of immune insults of biological and other origins. In case the immune system was not so robust the human race would have been extinct from this planet long ago.
