I wish to have one fund request to devvelop a model for controlling air pollution caused by heavy vehicular traffic in metros using allready exhisting gutters and manholes for the technology....can some funds and scholership is sanctioned for 5 yrs to develop and optimise the technology in india or from highly polluted western countries.....?
