I guess you are asking about 1H NMR - do you?

Well for 1H there are many examples:

• ring currents of aromatic groups in spatial proximity to aliphats can shift their signals to negative values (mostly found in proteins or peptides)
• paramagnetic complexes can do the same
• siloxanes may be slightly negative....
