Hi everyone, I want to know when (or how) a culture cell could release surface proteins thinking in culture concepts like as confluency or induction with foreign factors. I hope someone could help me, please.

During the time when the cells begin to adhere to the culture plate, is when they express surface proteins. The time would vary for each cell type depending on their doubling time mainly and confluency.

They already have been for most of the cell types. You may want to search in standard books for it or observe it yourself.
Make sure the confluency is around 70%
