When using the Kalman algorithm in MPPT, we calculate the predicted Voltage for the next iteration and then we need to calculate the variable inserted to the DC-DC converter which is between 0 and 1 in order to change the voltage and be close to the MPP. My question is how can we calculate this variable inserted to the DC-DC converter?

Are you going to handle with large data set?.
If NO, Then Please go for simple variable conductance based MPPT design. Because MPPT problem, is not excessively dynamic for fixed load conditions.This will be cost effective too and a Digilent Nexus FPGA board is sufficient.
My request to you is to work out the converter model yourselves so that you can change the circuit parameters to your requirements and conditions. While implementing through PIC/Arduino, Please make sure that the drift in the frequency of switching is to be accounted, I mean computational delay in real time.

I think that you can calculate it by two ways :
1. Once the MPPT kalman filter estimate the voltage (Vestimate), read voltage ( Vpv) from sensor and do the following instructions :
If(Vestimate>Vpv) duty cycle = duty cycle - step;
else duty cycle = duty cycle + step;

I think that Saad has given you the numerical solution. The analogical way is to compare the Vestimate with Vmesured and your signal difference will be an entry for a comparator witch will generete a PWM to exciting the DC-DC.
