I'm looking forward to a low cost efficient and stable material for hole transporting layer in perovskite solar cell. My light harvester layer is a Cs2AgBiBr6 , band alignment of mentioned double perovskite and HOMO and LUMO of HTM are important to me.

The answer of Arunkumar is okay. It is so that metallic based transport layers are much better than the organic transport layer as they are more stable and contribute in sealing the perovskite from the environmental effects.
So, you have to look at the p-type materials that can serve as an efficient. It is so that one targeted to use the transparent metal oxides that have high hole condcutivity. On the top of these material is the NiO and cupper oxides.

Dear Pourya Malek Hosseini , as per studies, it is clear that inorganic materials (metal oxides) may play important role to fabricate low cost, highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells/PSCs. However, each layer of perovskite solar cells play crucial role in fabrication of high performance PSCs. You may deploy CuO and NiOx etc. as hole transporting materials, ZnO, SnO2 and EDTA-SnO2 etc. as electron transport layer. One more thing selection of appropriate perovskite material and morphology of device are also important.
