i want to culture human isolated NK cells and maintain it for only 48 h before use them in co culture with other type of cells .but i don`t know the appropriate concentration if interleukin used in culture medium as i found some papers used 100 IU/ml from IL2 and Others used 1000 IU/ml also i found some papers used IL15 i(10-20ng /ml) . Also I want to know the volume by microliter or percent of interleukins to the total volume of culture medium (i think it may be 1% but i am not sure ) .
