In the electron density models, like Newkirk and Saito models for the corona of the Sun, there is a parameter called "fold" (i.e. 1×fold, 2×fold, etc.) and I think it's related to the solar activity. I would like to know how to insert this parameter in any electron density model and how to choose the right value of this fold according to the solar activity within the solar cycle.
