I have read that when I want to make an extract for green coffee bean I can use 70% Ethanol for 2 hours , but I have some questions:

1. What's the best solvent to make the extract without losing the phenolic Acids?

2. Does this method extract caffeine as well?

3. What's the volume of solvent here? What's the ratio to the coffee beans?

4. Will the yield of the extraction be solid or liquid?
