I would like to try to make a list of the transformations of the elections, with examples of countries where they are located.
I have not find a site that makes a news of electoral reforms around the world.
These are the reforms that have happened and the reforms that are being considered. This may be both the digitisation of elections (electoral targeting, digital campaigning, etc.) and chandes in electoral law, such as Internet voting or reforms of voting systems.

Botswana is about to try Electronic voting next year; Ghana has changed it's electoral laws to prioritise biometric voter verification for the past two elections; Zimbabwe is about trying something similar this month. Sorry, my examples are in Africa.
Hello Thomas and all: Reading current comments online, they seem to converge, sooner later, regarding the risks of networking, or the benefits of a paper copy.
However, an information theory model and response informs:
1. A networked machine (not addressable on the Internet), watchable by political friends and political foes alike, is inherently more secure than an isolated machine watchable by friends only.
2. Having a paper copy does not guarantee that the voter read and verified it, is less secure the N independent electronic copies, whicn is also less costly to verify and maintain.
3. Oligarchs have long been able to control their suppliers and their machines to their end -- not to the community they supposedly serve -- it is a known market failure.
Software can help, including problems in #1-3, but that is why the FUD against software and AI continues -- no one honestly wants supervision! Isolated is better against Information Theory methods, they know better...
Theoretically, however, for fair elections, we should benefit by treating voting stochastically, albeit making it a rule (unlike today) that every vote counts, and that votes be private. These and other conditions can make voting to become trustworthy, as shown in

I remember there was a project about electoral system changes (http://electoralsystemchanges.eu/Public/TextPage.php?ID=5), there is plenty of information though the most recent changes are missing. Mathew Soberg Shugart´s fruits and votes web (https://fruitsandvotes.wordpress.com) is also very useful and I can recommend it. And Election Law Journal (https://home.liebertpub.com/publications/election-law-journal-rules-politics-and-policy/101/overview) may help as well.
