Management ethics refers to the practice of incorporating moral principles and values into the decision-making process of an organization. Ethical management involves prioritizing the well-being of employees, customers, and the community while considering the company's bottom line. It is an ongoing process that requires managers to adhere to the company's core values and make challenging decisions on a case-by-case basis. Ethical leadership involves maximizing value while also considering ethical considerations. Building an ethical company requires creating codes, rules, procedures, minutes of meetings, newsletters, etc.
Management is very wide concept covering to manage the affairs of the company. In the present line , management is not merely the organization of purchase , sale & other areas of activities .Management is a very wide codes covering the modern ethics of the organization covering the management , business code & ethics & the important areas of business ,budgetary control & review of the balance sheet which may offer the standing of the organization , management & review of the finance to have with the company the standing program of the business .
