The first plat and the fungal structre seem to be Fusarium, but the second plate could be Trichophyton rubrum. The reverse sides and fungal structers for both plates should be well indicated before asking for identification

It seems to be Fusarium from the slide , but you are not explain if the slide was taken from the first or second plate.
the pictures need more explanation .

Would you please exhibit the macro and microconidia together with culture morphology for both side of plates to facilitate the identification of your fungi.
